Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging intact. Products that are worn, damaged, or altered may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Final Sale Products: Items that are marked as final sale.
  • Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on gift cards.

Steps to Return an Item

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@latetotheparty.ca or call us at +1 (800) 123-4567. Please provide your order number and specify the item you wish to return.
  2. Prepare Your Return Package: After your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Securely pack your item, including all original packaging, accessories, and any included documentation.
  3. Send It Back: Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refund Process

  • Approval and Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day window).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you want. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any exchange inquiries.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at support@latetotheparty.ca. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
